Yplait UK Ltd nly cllects and prcesses thse data which are strictly necessary given the purpse fr which they are prcessed. 

The legal basis fr this prcessing is yur cnsent. Yu are entitled t withdraw yur cnsent pursuant t yur right f withdrawal as utlined in mre detail hereunder. 

3. FOR HOW LONG IS YOUR ATA STORE 

ersnal data enabling identificatin and targeting f surveys emails, prfiles are stred n the platfrm until unsubscriptin, fllwing which they will be permanently deleted. Hwever, if yur accunt remains inactive fr a perid f tw years, yu will be ntified by Yplait UK and, if yu fail t act within the timeframe indicated by Yplait UK, yur persnal data will then be deleted. 

Respnses prvided t surveys cnducted by Yplait UK Ltd are stred fr a perid f 3 years, beynd which time data will be deleted. 

Hwever, these perids f strage may be etended r curtailed, if: 

  • Yu shuld eercise, within the terms and cnditins utlined hereunder, any f yur rights and entitlements;  
  • A lnger term f strage is authrised r impsed by virtue f any legislative r regulatry prvisin, r t guarantee prtectin f yur rights and entitlements.

It is applicable nly t thse data prvided in an active manner, fr instance by cmpleting a frm, respnding t a survey and prcessed in an autmated manner. 
  • A right t withdraw yur cnsent: withdrawal of your consent to data processing, which you initially provided upon subscription to the platform, will lead you to being immediately unsubscribed from the platform. You will no longer be able to access the platform and all of your personal data will be immediately deleted. 
  • A right f rectificatin: this allows you to request rectification of any of your personal information once this becomes obsolete or incorrect. It also allows you to request completion of any incomplete personal information. 
  • A right f erasure: this allows you to request deletion of your personal data subject to legal terms of storage. This may notably be applicable in such instance as your data are no longer necessary for processing.
